, Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with organizational goals, managing project timelines, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and function effectively within the broader system architecture. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Databricks, Large Language Models. - Strong understanding of application design principles and software development life cycle. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
