Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure that the applications function as intended, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Lead and execute QA activities for the Onelink (PeopleSoft Financials) platform, including planning, design, execution, and documentation. 2. Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases for PeopleSoft modules such as: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Management (AM) Purchasing (PO) Expenses Billing Project Costing Grants/Contracts (if applicable) 3. Utilize PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) or other automation tools to automate regression and functional test scenarios. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand business requirements and convert them into test plans. 2. Perform integration, system, regression, and UAT testing for upgrades, patches, and customizations. 3. Familiarity on tools like JIRA, qTEST for Report, track, and manage defects 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
