Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology talent remains relevant in the market by facilitating upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training in various technology domains, engaging with learners to enhance their professional development, and contributing to the development of course content and assessments. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure that the training provided aligns with industry standards and meets the evolving needs of the workforce. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills of participants. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools. - Strong understanding of instructional design principles. - Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials. - Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Generative AI. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
