Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:
As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by representing the customer's perspective and ensuring that the product development aligns with their needs. This role requires actively shaping and maintaining the product roadmap and backlog, while continuously engaging with the product team to ensure consistent delivery of valuable features. The day also includes validating concepts and solutions through ongoing feedback cycles, enabling informed adjustments to the product direction. Collaboration with various stakeholders and fostering a human-centered design mindset are key elements throughout the workday.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog to maximize value delivery and respond to changing requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Good To Have Skills: Agile Project Management.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to align on product objectives.
- Skilled in managing product backlogs and roadmaps to support iterative development.
- Competent in facilitating feedback loops and incorporating user insights into product evolution.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
