Project Role: Technology Consulting – GenAI & Agentic AI Strategy/Execution Project Role Description: Engages with client stakeholders to identify and shape transformation opportunities enabled by Generative AI and Agentic AI. Focuses on business problem framing, use case definition, workflow redesign, and value articulation, supporting clients from concept through adoption. Professional & Consulting Skills: Must Have • Experience in Consulting, Product Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Business Analysis. • Ability to structure complex business problems and communicate clear solution paths. • Strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to think in systems, workflows, and outcomes (rather than isolated features). • MBA strongly preferred. Good to Have • Familiarity with GenAI tools, prompt workflows, and AI-enabled process transformation patterns. • Exposure to technology-enabled transformation programs Minimum Experience: 4 years Educational Qualification: 15 years full-time education Summary As part of Technology Consulting, you will work with clients to identify where Generative AI and Agentic AI can drive meaningful business impact. This role focuses on defining use cases, shaping workflows, and guiding transformation journeys — not model development or coding. ________________________________________ Roles & Responsibilities • Engage with clients to understand business objectives and identify opportunities to apply GenAI / Agentic AI. • Define and structure AI-led use cases, user journeys, and expected outcomes across relevant business functions. • Translate business needs into solution narratives, implementation plans, and adoption roadmaps. • Develop business cases and value realization approaches for GenAI-led transformations. • If you have previously contributed to or led technology-enabled transformation journeys (for example, a marketing transformation initiative incorporating GenAI for content automation / customer engagement), that experience is especially relevant. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support pilot design through scale deployment, ensuring solutions are practical and sustainable. ________________________________________ Location- Anywhere in India
