Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - 5+ years in IT service delivery and handled multiple customer environments. - Significant experience of routing and switching protocols (CCNP preferred). - Significant experience in troubleshooting network issues, end-to-end and user reported issues. - Significant experience in network operation, migration, and engineering. - Significant experience with network technologies, including Cisco, HP, Palo Alto, & Aruba – at least 2 of these. - Good knowledge and hands-on experience of switching protocols STP, Stacking, VSS, VTP, HSRP, TCP/IP, and routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VPN and DMVPN. - Exposure on configuration & troubleshooting various tunnel methods like GRE/IPSEC - Excellent knowledge of Software Defined Network including Palo Alto SD-WAN & Cisco DNAC. - Good knowledge and hands on experience with Infoblox – DHCP/DNS configuration. - Design, implement, and support enterprise-level network solutions across on-prem and cloud environments. - Configure and troubleshoot network protocols such as FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP. - Manage and support Cisco routers and Catalyst switches, including STP, Trunking, EtherChannel, and IOS configurations. - Administer and maintain F5 Big-IP ADCs (LTM, GTM) – both physical and virtual appliances. - Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama (M200/M600), including PAN-OS installation and administration. - Deep involvement in routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and MPLS environments. - Ensure high availability using protocols like HSRP and VRRP. - Design and manage AWS networking components including VPCs, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, and Route 53. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and scalable network architecture. - Good Understanding of Software defined Network (LAN/WAN) Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures, Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud networking solutions. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance analysis. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
