Role : Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to ensure our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will be responsible for accurately diagnosing client issues and leveraging your extensive product knowledge to design effective resolutions, all while maintaining a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend Excellent communication skills - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution. - Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide effective support. Professional & Technical Skills: Mandatory Basic Networking skills : Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent) Must-Have Skills: Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) Good to have Skills : Cisco Catalyst Center, DNA-C, Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, Aruba Central, SSID, 802.1x, 802.11, Forescout NAC, Good to have knowledge on Skills : Cisco Wireless, Aruba Wireless, Meraki Wireless, Juniper MIST Wireless - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
