Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards while adhering to budget constraints. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, ensuring that the project aligns with organizational goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members. - Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Talent Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to utilize project management software for planning and tracking. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
