Summary: As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will contribute significantly to the development of robust and efficient backend systems powering IT and AI applications. You will focus on implementing and optimizing data solutions and service layers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive business success. Your role involves enhancing system performance, integrating innovative technologies, and guiding junior engineers. Tech. Skills: Java, Kotlin, Python, RDBMS, NoSQL, Document Stores, Caching, REST, MCP, Websocket, GraphQL Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Implement and support backend services using Java, Kotlin, and Python with an emphasis on code quality and maintainability. • Utilize RDBMS, NoSQL, and Document Stores to support dynamic and scalable data management solutions. • Develop RESTful services, Websocket, and GraphQL endpoints ensuring interoperability and efficient communication between systems. • Assist in integrating message-oriented middleware systems like MCP for asynchronous operations. • Employ caching strategies to boost application performance and scalability. • Analyze system performance metrics to identify and resolve latency and throughput issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend development with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:- • Solid experience (3-5 years) in backend development, skilled in Java, Kotlin, and Python. • Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL databases, document stores, caching solutions, and REST, MCP, Websocket, and GraphQL integration.
