Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies to support clients and projects, ensuring that the software meets the required standards and specifications. You will collaborate with team members to address challenges and implement effective solutions, contributing to the overall success of the project and enhancing client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
