Summary: The role requires an experienced professional with strong expertise in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and network security operations. The candidate is expected to work independently, contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and actively participate in team discussions to provide effective solutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, implementing best practices for application support, and guiding junior team members through training and knowledge sharing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Security Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and security measures. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance metrics. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
