Summary: Manage and oversee MSTeams, Skype for Business Online, Microsoft Exchange Online, Exchange online protection, mail routing, On-premise Exchange/Office 365 co-existence and Office 365 user administration. • Work independently to evaluate symptoms and determine the root cause of complex client issues reported by various stake holders and end users. • Identify optimization and automation opportunities • Create, configure, and maintain environments (Production, Sandbox, Developer, Trial) using the Power Platform Admin Center. • Establish and enforce governance policies across environments, connectors, and user roles. Implement role-based access control and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. • Maintain visibility of all Power Platform implementations. Build and manage reusable scripts and solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate. • Ensure compliance with organizational and Microsoft security standards. • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive governance maturity and platform adoption. · Candidate will be able to effectively and professionally focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery, with strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness Ready to work on 2nd shift (rotational) and support based on project demands. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft PowerShell, Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and their integration. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. - Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users. - Hands on experience with MS Teams administration, Exchange Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Platform Administration and Automation using PowerShell, and troubleshooting and Support Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
