Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of various programs and projects while managing services effectively. Your typical day will involve coordinating projects through contract management and shared service coordination, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and aligned with the strategic agenda. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes commitment and success in achieving project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project objectives with stakeholder expectations. - Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with integrating Salesforce with other platforms and services. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
