Summary: As a Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining opportunities to create tangible business value for clients. Your typical day will involve leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, and defining the necessary business solutions and structures. You will also be responsible for developing business cases that align with the client's vision, ensuring that all aspects of the project are strategically aligned to deliver maximum value. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential as you work to translate complex requirements into actionable plans that drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine business requirements. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good to have Voice / Communication surveillance domain knowledge. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication , creating controls around different industry wide channels like Bloomberg, Symphony, Reuters etc , working on communication surveillance apps like Smarsh, Nexidia,Behavox , Shield , Orchestria , eComms lexicon knowledge (more specifically Orchestria/ CA DataMinder / CADM). - Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and project plans , support the team to analyse business requirements and technical specifications to see how they can be developed into small testable and releasable elements and to support the feature team in creating and executing test scenarios and test scripts, identifying and supporting cut-over and implementation tasks. Elicit and input into writing business requirements, user stories and epics as required using relevant techniques. - Able to Facilitate UAT as well as supporting platform and feature teams in executing the UAT. - Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies. - Facilitate UAT as well as supporting platform and feature teams in executing the UAT. - Good understanding of Agile values, principles and methodologies with experience of working within an Agile environment, collaboration and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge around Market abuse, Manipulations and Voice / Comms , SQL query writing,Comms surveillance scenarios commonly used across industry. - Prior experience on Voice and Comm surveillance application is preferred. - Able to Interact with customers, key stakeholders and the team to obtain and document functional and non-functional needs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 6-13 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis, Banking / Voice & Comms. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
