Summary: As an Analytics Practitioner, you will engage in developing business insights through predictive statistical modeling activities. Your typical day will involve utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to enhance decision-making processes by modeling client, market, and key performance data. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure that the insights generated are actionable and aligned with business objectives, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Experience in developing predictive models and statistical analysis. - Familiarity with data visualization tools to present insights effectively. - Ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache JMeter. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
