Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the application or system. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of service quality by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. This position requires attentiveness to client concerns, accurately identifying issues, and designing appropriate resolutions to ensure seamless system operations. The practitioner plays a vital role in sustaining the reliability and performance of world-class systems through proactive engagement and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on service desk performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and communication skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on client issue resolution.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and technical teams.
- Experience in managing incident and request workflows within IT service management frameworks.
- Ability to analyze system and application behavior to identify root causes of issues.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to implement timely solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
