Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary: As an Engineering Services Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to crafting innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with business goals. Your typical day will involve coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and facilitating collaboration among various engineering disciplines to deliver effective results. You will play a pivotal role in resource assembly and project execution, driving the team towards successful outcomes while maintaining a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: Excellent knowledge of LAN and WAN architectures Excellent understanding & deployment of dynamic routing protocols EIGRP, OSPF, BGP Hands on experience on deploying P2P connections and MPLS circuits Good understanding of route-maps, prefix-list, route-redistributions Configuration and design for wireless network over Cisco and Meraki platforms including flex configs, foreign anchor platforms Troubleshooting wireless performance issues Wireless network segmentation, SSID creation, access point trunking, guest network portals. Designing highly secure and segmented networks on L2 and L3 Optimizing LAN performance with traffic steering Hands on experience on firewall policies & NAT (Static/Dynamic/Policy) Deployment and management of Cisco next generation firewalls with Cisco FMC Configurations and migrations of Cisco ASA firewalls Configuration and troubleshooting issues related to IPSEC, SSL VPN Clear understanding of ikev1, ikev2, policy based and route-based VPN Understanding of net flow and configurations Hands on Visio tool for creating network diagrams Good to have skills: Management and configurations of devices with Cisco DNAC Setting up use-cases for monitoring network via Cisco DNAC Configuration/Migration on Cisco SDWAN (Cedge and vedge devices) Hands on experience on Cisco Thousand eyes for network monitoring Managing kiwi syslog server Good to know skills: F5 Big-IP load balancing VMWARE NSX firewall AWS networking Professional Attributes: Excellent communication skills Good presentation skills Ability to lead the team Ability to deliver result within timelines and SLA Certifications: CCNA is a must CCNP R&S/Wireless preferred Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 6-10 years of experience in Cisco Firewall. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 year full time education is required.
