Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Microsoft Intune deployment and management for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices Configure Device Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, and Configuration Baselines in Intune. Configure Wi-Fi, VPN, certificates, and other network profiles using Intune. Drive remediation for non-compliant devices and address security vulnerabilities. Implement Zero Trust principles Manage application deployment through Intune (Win32, MS Store, LOB apps). Configure and manage policies for device compliance, conditional access, app protection (MAM), and Windows Autopilot. Technical Experience 6–9 years of total IT experience, with 3+ years dedicated to Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management. Strong expertise in: Microsoft Intune (MDM & MAM) Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access policies Windows Autopilot deployment and provisioning Wi-Fi, VPN, and Certificate profile management Apple Business Manager (ABM), Google Zero-Touch, and corporate enrollment programs Compliance and Security policy enforcement, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and BitLocker management Application deployment: Win32, LOB, VPP, MS Store for Business Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and bulk administration. Knowledge of macOS and shared iPad management using Intune (preferred). Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM processes and ticketing workflows. Professional Attributes Strong leadership skills to mentor and manage teams while driving project deliverables. Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills to interact with senior stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Proactive approach to process improvement and delivering enhanced end-user experiences. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator Associate (MD-102) Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
