Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes to create documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, defining product requirements, and ensuring that the designed processes align with the overall business objectives. You will engage in user and task analysis, translating business needs into actionable insights that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of business operations through innovative process design and implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct research on recent trends in Natural Resources /Metals/Mining Industry and link them to business and IT imperatives. - Drive innovation for Natural Resources /Metals/Mining and its various industry segments, with a clear focus on new technologies and their applications for these industries. - Develop new offerings (technology assets, point of views, rapid prototypes) for Natural Resources /Metals/Mining industry in line with latest trends and client imperatives. - Incorporate digital imperatives and innovation ideas to reimagine business processes within the core areas of Natural Resources /Metals/Mining value chain. - Reimagine Business Process Management (BPM) and identify process transformation themes for Natural Resources /Metals/Mining clients. Develop integrated business scenarios, use cases/user stories & prototypes - Cross leverage best-in-class/outside industry examples and adapt them in the innovation narration for our clients. - Drive thought leadership and IP (shape new ideas and make them patentable) - Prior hands-on awareness of Business Process Management (Industry Processes), Process Transformation, Digital Transformation, Functional Expertise in Supply Chain, Plant Operations, Sales & Marketing etc. will be preferred. - Exposure to Operational Systems (MES, LIMS, EHS) will be preferred. - Prior exposure to digital and emerging technologies such as Data & Analytics, Mobility, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence will be a plus Professional & Technical Skills: - Technology (SAP/digital/OT/Data & AI) related know how is a MUST. - Excellent communication (oral/written/verbal) skills – strong articulation and presentation skills - Problem solving attitude with ability to manage stakeholders - Team Driver, Motivator with ability to work seamlessly across organizational teams - Strategic vision and execution mindset - Basic knowledge of MS suite (PPT, Excel word) Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Mining Industry. - This position is based at our Bangalore office - A 15 years full-time education is required
