Summary: As a Technical Writing Representative, you will engage in the creation of written and visual documentation that supports various aspects of product development, design, and marketing. Your typical day will involve translating complex technical solutions and strategies into clear, concise, and easily understandable content, ensuring that the information is accessible to a diverse audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and present it in a manner that aligns with the needs of stakeholders, enhancing the overall communication process within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate information for documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Technical Documentation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with content management systems. - Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. - Ability to create visual documentation such as diagrams and flowcharts. - Familiarity with various documentation tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Documentation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
