Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. You will also engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems to meet operational standards and service level agreements, ensuring that all production environments are running optimally and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Virtualization Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization platforms. - Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure management. - Familiarity with automation tools for system management and deployment. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of virtual environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in VMware Virtualization Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
