Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the team is aligned with organizational goals. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Analyze project requirements and develop strategies to optimize team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EPM Data Integration. - Strong understanding of data integration processes and methodologies. - Experience with data migration and transformation techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively. - Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and architectures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle EPM Data Integration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
