Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in advising and leading high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that IT functions align with organizational goals, while also providing strategic insights to enhance system performance and efficiency. You will be instrumental in guiding teams through complex challenges, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also sustainable in the long term. Your role will require a blend of technical acumen and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and excellence in technology consulting. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and present comprehensive reports on project progress and outcomes to management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM. - Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret complex data. - Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques. - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
