Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee delivery of a program or project to achieve business objectives. You will define project scope, monitor execution, and communicating with stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders.. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead project planning and execution. - Manage project scope, budget and timelines effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration. - Experience is SAP implementation and customization. - Knowledge on SAP Fiori and UI5 development. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
