Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will apply security skills to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to implement security measures, conducting assessments to identify vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations. You will also engage in proactive monitoring of systems to detect and respond to potential threats, while continuously improving security protocols to safeguard the organization’s information and infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team members' understanding of security practices. - Develop and maintain documentation related to security processes and protocols. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong understanding of identity governance and administration. - Experience with access management and role-based access control. - Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards. - Ability to analyze security incidents and implement corrective actions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
