"Summary:As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of implementing and delivering Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, utilizing our global delivery capabilities. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions, while also overseeing the training and development of team members to enhance their skills in security practices. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that security measures are effectively integrated into our service offerings, contributing to the overall safety and integrity of our operations. Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to security protocols. - Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Security Architecture. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with risk assessment and management processes. - Ability to design and implement security solutions in cloud environments. - Familiarity with incident response and disaster recovery planning. -Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Security Architecture. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required."
