Summary: Lead AI/ML/GenAI strategy for large-scale capital projects, shaping how data & AI transform design, execution, and asset delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: • Define AI/GenAI strategy across GIS, Oracle Construction, ERP, and digital twin platforms. • Govern multi-year programs with EPC/owner-operators. • Participate and lead client/partner ecosystems. • Shape packaged offerings for capital project clients. Professional & Technical Skills: Must have Skills: • Proven delivery of AI/ML/GenAI/Agentic AI programs. • Hands-on with ML (time-series, anomaly detection, predictive models). • Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras). • GenAI/LLM tuning (OpenAI, LLaMA, Falcon, HuggingFace). • Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI). • MLOps (Kubeflow, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, drift monitoring). • Edge & Cloud AI deployment (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI). Good To Have Skills: • EPC/Capital Project IT expertise. • Oracle Construction Suite, Primavera, GIS (ESRI). • Integration with ERP and Digital Twin platforms. • Construction risk and cost analytics Additional Info: • Candidate should have a minimum 12-15 years of experience • A BTech/BE is required. • CxO advisory leadership. • Outcome-driven (schedule adherence, cost reduction). • Influencer across EPC ecosystems.
