Project Role Description : Provide general support to quality assurance (QA) directors, conduct in-depth quality assurance reviews, assist on recovery teams and with root cause analysis.

Summary: As a Quality Assurance Practitioner, you will provide essential support to quality assurance directors, ensuring that quality standards are met across various projects. Your typical day will involve conducting thorough quality assurance reviews, collaborating with recovery teams, and engaging in root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement. You will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of quality processes and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with automated testing tools. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Familiarity with defect tracking and management systems. - Ability to analyze and interpret quality metrics to drive improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Test Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
