Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will apply security skills to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to implement security measures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations. You will also engage in proactive monitoring of security systems to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, while continuously improving security protocols to safeguard the organization’s information and infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and implement security strategies to protect enterprise systems and data. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. - Assist in writing and executing test cases for IAM functionalities (e.g., access provisioning, user creation, certification). - Perform functional and integration testing for SailPoint IdentityIQ and CyberArk components. - Validate application onboarding workflows and access governance policies. - Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA or similar platforms. - Support regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles. - Review requirements and contribute to test planning and documentation. - Participate in daily/weekly test status meetings and provide updates. - Learn and apply IAM standards and security best practices in testing efforts. - Collaborate with developers and senior testers for issue resolution and clarification. - Gain exposure to CyberArk vaulting and session management testing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint Testing. - Strong understanding of identity governance and administration. - Experience with access management and role-based access control. - Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards. - Ability to analyze security incidents and respond effectively. - Basic understanding of IAM concepts and identity lifecycle (provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews). - Exposure to or basic knowledge of SailPoint, CyberArk, or other IAM tools is a plus. - Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr). - Ability to write and execute structured test cases. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Understanding of integration protocols (REST, SCIM) is a plus. - ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification is a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ Testing - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
