Summary: We seek a User Experience Designer Lead to define our product suite's user experience strategy in the Order to Cash (O2C) domain. This role involves ensuring platform consistency, mentoring designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, providing creative direction and design feedback. - Define and maintain the Design Language System (DLS) for consistency across web and mobile applications. - Translate complex business requirements (ERP/CRM workflows) into intuitive screens with optimized user experiences. - Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals. - Conduct design reviews, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously refine the product experience. - Advocate for user-centric design principles while balancing business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration).. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. - Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in enterprise ERP/CRM or B2B SaaS applications. - Proven track record in leading mobile and web design projects. - Experience creating and scaling Design Language Systems (DLS). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15-year full time education is required.
