Summary: Seeking an experienced Manager to lead Security Operations with expertise in SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), SOC (Security Operations Center), and SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response). The role involves managing end-to-end SOC operations, optimizing SIEM platforms, driving SOAR automation, and ensuring timely detection, triage, and response to threats. The candidate will lead a team of analysts and engineers, establish governance, develop use cases, fine-tune detection rules, and drive continuous improvement in monitoring and incident response processes. Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead day-to-day operations of SOC, ensuring 24x7 monitoring, detection, and incident response. -Manage SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, Sentinel), including log onboarding, parsing, correlation, and use-case development. -Drive SOAR implementation, building automation playbooks to improve response efficiency. -Define and enforce SOC processes, runbooks, and escalation procedures aligned with best practices. -Collaborate with threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and cyber defense teams to improve detection capabilities. -Provide leadership in incident response, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and post-incident reviews. -Deliver metrics, dashboards, and reports to leadership, demonstrating SOC effectiveness and maturity. -Mentor and upskill SOC analysts, driving a culture of proactive threat hunting and continuous learning. -Ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and audit requirements (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, etc.). Professional & Technical Skills: -Exp in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in SOC/SIEM leadership. -Strong hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and SOAR technologies. -Proven experience in incident response, threat detection, and playbook automation. -Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and cyber defense frameworks. -Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. -Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, GIAC (GCIA/GCIH), Splunk Certified, SOAR Specialist. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
