Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and overseeing the development process to ensure alignment with project goals. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing guidance and support to team members while ensuring that the project adheres to established timelines and quality standards. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application development initiatives and fostering a collaborative environment among team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. - Develop and maintain resource plans aligned with project timelines, scope, and budget. - Coordinate allocation, onboarding, and utilization of resources across multiple projects. - Monitor resource availability, capacity, and skills to ensure optimal deployment. - Collaborate with project managers, delivery leads, and HR for forecasting and staffing needs. - Track and report on resource performance, productivity, and potential gaps. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and support continuous improvement in resource management practices Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Resource Management. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Proficient in using project management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Project Resource Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
