Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Security Senior Engineer with expertise in Checkpoint Firewall and Zscaler technologies (ZPA/ZIA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network security solutions to protect organizational assets and ensure compliance with security standards. This role requires a deep understanding of network security protocols, tools, and best practices, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex security issuesn. Roles & Responsibilities: -Design, implement, and manage network security solutions, with a focus on Checkpoint Firewall and Zscaler technologies (ZPA/ZIA). -Configure, monitor, and optimize Checkpoint Firewall policies and rules to ensure secure and efficient network operations. -Deploy and manage Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) solutions to enhance secure remote access and internet security. -Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to ensure the integrity of network systems. -Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure network architecture and configurations. -Respond to security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. -Stay updated on emerging security technologies, threats, and industry trends. -Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. -Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). Professional & Technical Skills: -Experience in network security engineering or a related role. -Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and security technologies. -Hands-on experience with Checkpoint Firewall, including policy configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization. -Proficiency in Zscaler technologies (ZPA/ZIA), including deployment, management, and monitoring. -Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and implementation, particularly with Zscaler solutions. -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Checkpoint Certified Security Administrator/Expert (CCSA/CCSE) or equivalent. -Zscaler certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Security Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
