Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply your security skills to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to implement security measures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will also engage in proactive monitoring of systems to identify vulnerabilities and respond to potential threats, all while maintaining a focus on safeguarding information and business processes against cyber threats. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures. - Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with security frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001. - Strong understanding of access control models and authentication mechanisms. - Familiarity with identity governance and administration tools. - Experience in incident response and security incident management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
