Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Contact Center Engineer with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale Amazon Connect solutions. The candidate should bring deep technical expertise in AWS services, integration patterns, and automation to lead complex projects and mentor junior engineers. Roles & Responsibilities: -• Lead the architecture, deployment, and optimization of Amazon Connect solutions for enterprise-scale environments. • Develop complex Lambda functions (Node.js) for automation, real-time data processing, and third-party system integrations. • Architect and implement advanced Amazon Lex conversational IVR systems and intelligent chatbots with NLP/AI integration. • Design and secure API Gateway integrations with external CRMs, ticketing systems, and custom applications. • Oversee the use of S3 and DynamoDB for large-scale data management, reporting, and storage optimization. • Define and enforce IAM governance, security policies, and compliance standards for contact center applications. • Drive proactive monitoring, incident analysis, and system optimization using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and custom dashboards. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, solution strategies, and business impact assessments. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and cross-functional teams. • Stay updated with the latest AWS innovations and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Amazon Connect.in IT/Cloud, with at least 5 years in contact center technologies. - Proven expertise in Amazon Connect architecture, IVR flows, and workforce integrations.Strong programming and solutioning skills with AWS Lambda (Node.js). - A 15 years full time education is required.
