Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring seamless operation of applications and systems that are vital to business functions. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional support to users and stakeholders. As Network Tower team lead, you will act as the ongoing interface for your network steams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, interpreting and resolving issues, and ensuring smooth system operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing. - Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Cisco Wireless, Branch SDWAN, Routing and Switching, Palo Alto FW, Cisco Firewalls - Good to have Skills : BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, STP, SVI, VTP - Good to have knowledge on Skills : Wireless, Firewalls - Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations and implementation - Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Hands-on Experience with network monitoring tools. Additional Information: - Minimum 8 years of experience - Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend - Excellent communication skills
