Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting your work and providing support to users as needed, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with software development life cycle processes. - Familiarity with database management and integration techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
