Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the development process. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application initiatives and fostering a collaborative environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - 6+ years of technical experience in OpenText Documentum - Must have experience in application development and support work in Documentum technology - Hands on experience in DFC programming and DQL queries - Ability to create custom jobs in documentum - Experience in life sciences domain added advantage - Ability to work independently with clients - Ability to lead the team and manage releases - Ability to prepare estimates, release plan, resource plan, tracking and providing status to clients - Good analytical & communication skills Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum. - Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies. - Experience with system integration and data migration processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
