Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will resolve incidents and problems across various business system components. Your typical day will involve ensuring operational stability, creating and implementing Requests for Change, and updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. You will also collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams in analyzing and resolving issues, contributing to a seamless operational flow. Professional Attributes: A: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision C: Ensures that cases raised to the queue are treated with priority and handled within the specified SLA metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: A: Should have 4 to 6 years of experience in managing/configuring, Cisco ISE (TACACS/RADIUS), ARUBA ClearPass, ForeScout. Experience and Hands-on experience in NAC based solution, B: Expert knowledge in Security Identity Services Engine & Access Management (ISE/IAM) infrastructure and ForeScout Tools. C: Knowledge of Incident, Problem, change management process in enterprise environment. D: Knowledge and Hands-on experience on 802.1x authentication, MAB based authentication, Cisco ISE policy management, code patching, code upgrade, Integration with External Identity Appliance, Vendor support (working with TAC to get vendor support), Infrastructure knowledge, Certificate management/CSR renewal. E: Proficient at troubleshooting L2/L3 issues for LAN, WAN. F: Support and resolve PCI compliance regulations as related to the Client's global network G: Should be open to work in 24/7 shifts. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and maintenance of operational documentation to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution methodologies. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance analysis. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
