, Key Responsibilities Responsible for developing ECE and other UDM data assets using Databricks (DBX). Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to Write and test code using SQL, Python, and PySpark in Databricks. Implement business rules provided by SMEs. Support ETL changes to production in Databricks Debug and optimize SQL queries and data workflows Collaborate with DevOps and business analysts to translate requirements into technical specs Ensure production stability and troubleshoot issues in Social Health environments Work with data sources like Clarify, MMM, IDR to validate data integrity Participate in production support activities including monitoring and troubleshooting Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of SQL development experience, with strong skills in query optimization and data issue resolution 5+ Years of Experience in Python 5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks, including: Delta Lake architecture Notebooks and automation Job orchestration and deployment Deep understanding of ETL pipeline design, deployment best practices, rollback strategies, and version control +I36Strong understanding of ETL pipeline design and production deployment workflows, including rollback strategies and version control Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of data failures and implement solutions independently Experience working with healthcare data systems, especially Clarity and other clinical data sources Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning in distributed computing environments Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation for DevOps and business stakeholders Familiarity with production support protocols, including incident triage, escalation, and resolution NICE TO HAVE Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools Experience with Unix environments Exposure to R Shiny or Tableau SOFT SKILLS Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues Strong ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team Technical Experience.
