Summary: As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will provide a comprehensive assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to facilitate their migration to the cloud. Your typical day will involve planning, delivering, and implementing application and data migration strategies that leverage both private and public cloud technologies, ultimately driving scalable and high-performance solutions that contribute to next-generation business outcomes. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth transition and optimize cloud resources for enhanced operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills related to cloud migration. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of migrated applications to ensure they meet business requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Enterprise Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures. - Experience with application and data migration strategies. - Familiarity with both private and public cloud technologies. - Ability to analyze and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Splunk Enterprise Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
