Summary: As a Finance Commercial Lead, you will oversee commercial relationships with clients to optimize financial and business operations results and deliver client value. Your typical day will involve collaborating with business leads to drive financial performance, understanding and mitigating business risks, managing investments, and providing guidance to your team. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze financial data, and ensure that the team is aligned with the overall business objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in financial management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS). - Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends. - Experience in financial modeling and forecasting. - Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
