, Summary: The AVEVA UE Engineer – PCM & AIM Specialist with CFIHOS Implementation will be responsible for establishing Point Cloud Management (PCM) and Asset Information Management (AIM) workflows within AVEVA Unified Engineering to enable accurate, standardized, and accessible engineering and asset data. He will implement CFIHOS class libraries, enforce tag naming conventions, and integrate PCM and AIM with existing engineering databases and systems to support seamless digital project execution. With over 6 years of hands-on experience in AVEVA UE, he will lead configuration, validation, and data quality processes across the asset lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Leveraging his expertise in 3D scanning integration, lifecycle data management, and cross-functional collaboration, he will support capital projects in oil & gas, power, and chemical industries, driving efficient digital twin and asset information strategies. Roles & Responsibilities: -Establish and configure Point Cloud Management (PCM) workflows within AVEVA UE to support 3D scanning data integration and validation. -Implement and maintain Asset Information Management (AIM) processes to ensure accurate and accessible asset data throughout the asset lifecycle. -Develop, customize, and enforce CFIHOS (Capital Facilities Information HandOver Specification) class libraries within AVEVA UE for standardizing asset and engineering data. -Define and implement tag naming rules according to CFIHOS standards, ensuring consistency and compliance across projects. -Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to integrate PCM and AIM with existing engineering databases and systems. -Support data quality control, validation, and reconciliation processes between point cloud data, engineering models, and asset registers. -Assist in training users and preparing documentation on PCM, AIM, and CFIHOS best practices. -Participate in system testing, configuration validation, and issue resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: -6+ years of hands-on experience with AVEVA Unified Engineering (UE), focusing on Point Cloud Management (PCM) and Asset Information Management (AIM). -Strong understanding of CFIHOS class libraries, data structures, and standards for asset information handover. -Proven experience in implementing and enforcing tag naming conventions aligned with CFIHOS or similar standards. -Knowledge of 3D laser scanning, point cloud data processing, and integration with engineering design tools. -Experience with data quality management, validation techniques, and lifecycle data workflows. -Familiarity with asset lifecycle management concepts and collaboration between engineering and operations teams. -Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Additional Information: -Experience in capital projects within Oil & Gas, Power, or Chemical industries. -Familiarity with AVEVA ecosystem tools like AVEVA NET, AVEVA Engineering, or Asset Strategy & Performance. -Understanding of digital twin concepts and integration of PCM/AIM in plant lifecycle management. -Certification or training in CFIHOS standards or related asset information standards.
