Summary: As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, you will support Solution Architects in the development, design, and approval processes of various solutions. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard process methods to shape solutions that align with the defined scope of services, delivery locations, and associated costs. You will play a crucial role in bringing efficiency and consistency to response development and operations support, ensuring that all solutions are well-structured and meet the necessary requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in designing scalable and efficient technology solutions. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
