Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency within the team, while also maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and developments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: Must: Technical engineering experience with Azure data cloud like ADF, Synapse, Event Hubs, Spark, etc • Must: Technical engineering experience with coding in languages C#.NET • Must: Work with large-scale datasets, ensuring data validation, consistency, and quality across pipelines and features. • Nice to Have: Technical engineering experience with coding in languages React, Redux, CSS, HTML 5, JavaScript/TypeScript. • Implement robust mechanisms to handle data quality checks, anomaly detection, and validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and trust in production data. • Contribute to operations of our live services on a rotational, on-call basis as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and mitigate issues by following troubleshooting guides. What We’re Working On • Migrating critical workloads from legacy SAP landscapes to a secure, scalable Azure ecosystem. • Designing configuration-driven pipelines and Validation Frameworks in Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and App Services. • Enabling real-time and batch data extraction from SAP (CDC, BW4HANA, S/4 HANA). • Driving compliance and reliability through SOX and enterprise security standards. • Helping customers onboard to the new Platform, guiding them on the right extraction and publishing approach for their use cases Why Join Us • Be part of a core transformation journey—shaping how enterprises handle SAP data for years to come. • Work at the intersection of SAP and Azure, solving challenging data engineering problems. • Collaborate with a high-impact team that owns design, architecture, and customer onboarding.
