Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing solutions that enhance service delivery. You will also monitor system performance and work towards optimizing processes to meet organizational goals, ensuring that all operational activities align with the established service agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Develop and maintain documentation related to operational processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of supply chain management principles. - Experience with system integration and data migration processes. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
