Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality of service and enhancing client satisfaction through your deep product knowledge and problem-solving abilities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive measures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address client issues. - Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to clients and team members. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. - Experience with ticketing systems and incident tracking tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Incident Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
