Summary: A Gen AI Agentic role focuses on developing and implementing intelligent systems that can autonomously perform tasks, solve problems, and make decisions with minimal human intervention. These roles require expertise in both Generative AI (content creation) and Agentic AI (action-oriented, autonomous systems). A key aspect is the ability to design, develop, and deploy these advanced AI solutions, often leveraging large language models and other generative techniques. Roles & Responsibilities: - Developing and Implementing AI Solutions: Designing, building, and deploying end-to-end Gen AI solutions, including the integration of LLMs and LangChain into business processes. - Designing Agentic Systems: Constructing agentic systems using techniques like multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, dynamic workflows, and concurrent orchestration. - Leading Innovation: Driving the development of intelligent autonomous agents for complex tasks and multimodal interactions. - Strategic Planning: Developing strategic plans to achieve goals, anticipate future states, and consider potential obstacles. - Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with stakeholders, presenting findings, and providing strategic recommendations. - Staying Current: Remaining up-to-date on technical and industry developments to ensure effective and advanced applications of AI. - AI Governance and Security: Implementing AI safety measures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and securing AI agents against various attacks. - Ethical Considerations: Ensuring that AI technologies are developed and deployed with ethical considerations in mind. Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong programming skills (Python, Java, or R), expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn), experience with LLMs and NLP (Hugging Face, OpenAI API, BERT, GPT, Claude), proficiency in multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), knowledge of reinforcement learning, and experience with vector databases and knowledge graphs. - Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team, excellent communication and documentation skills. - Experience: Experience in end-to-end project delivery, especially agile methodologies, and experience with autonomous systems, robotics, or digital twins is often preferred. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is typically required. In essence, a Gen AI Agentic role involves bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI research and practical, real-world applications, enabling organizations to leverage the power of intelligent, autonomous systems to achieve their business objectives.
