Increase efficiency by managing processes, resources and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls and delivery targets. Summary • This role involves managing critical applications, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery. • The candidate will act as a key liaison for stakeholders, driving improvements in user experience and supporting business value initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities • Manage critical applications, understanding the business impact of issues and providing both short- term and long-term solutions. • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, building trusted relationships and addressing concerns in a timely manner. • Drive improvements in user experience by identifying pain points and implementing effective solutions. • Ensure high-quality deliverables with zero repeat client concerns or escalations. • Contribute to automation initiatives and client-focused value additions. • Identify opportunities for additional business value while delivering solutions. Professional & Technical Experience • Strong working knowledge of .NET, SSIS, SQL, and ERP systems. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in complex environments. • Understanding of automation and process optimization techniques. • Proven experience in service delivery management. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across multiple organizational levels. • Analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing recurring issues with long-term solutions. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities effectively. Additional Information • Relevant certifications in Project Management, ITIL, or Cloud technologies would be an added advantage. • Flexibility to work in client-aligned shifts if required.
