Project Role Description : Support Solution Architects in solution development, design, and approval processes. Leverage standard process methods to shape solutions to meet scope of services, delivery locations, and related costs. Bring efficiency and consistency in response development and operations support.

Summary: As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, you will support the Solution Architect in various capacities, including solution design and the solution approval process. Your typical day may involve collaborating with team members to gather requirements, analyzing project needs, and ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. You will also engage in discussions to provide insights and recommendations that facilitate effective decision-making and project execution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Assist in the development of project documentation and ensure compliance with best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in designing scalable and efficient solutions. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
